Thanks! haha yeah our lil local airport is the same way. They only have a little plane where you have to distribute all the weight evenly to not crash and die so there's never a line. I'm flying out of pdx. Flying stresses me out! I hate not knowing how things work and I haven't flown in so long idek. My friend flies a lot so I'm relying on her but I'm an obsessive planner so I'm already trying to figure it all out lol

 

Today was a good day.

 

This lady I work with was friends with my mom 24 years ago. I'm 27. She told me she knew me and I had no clue who she was.

 

Feeling a bit guilty. I spent over $100 today on things that are not really necessary

 

Sometimes you just have those days. They're usually necessary self-care days.

 

This is true but... real problems

 

Yeah. I feel ya, bud. I'm spending a lot of days on the edge of panic attack lately.

Today one of the TJ Maxx managers from down in the shopping center came in and asked me(I happened to be walking through CDs) if we(Best Buy) had the new Thrice. I lit up like a kid on Christmas and shook his hand awkwardly with a large smile and said "we sure do!". I took him over to it and we chatted a bit about them and some other music and concerts that we connected the same on. He was a tad older than me so it was pretty cool. I also recommended him the new Saosin(sampled a bit on Spotify for him) and Deftones - Gore. He picked up all 3.

 

Mom and I are draining three bottles of wine and watching Step Up movies because she's had "the week from hell." Living at home isn't always so bad.

 

He totally comes off like he'd be a piece of shit. I wonder if the gf he was with for a really long time endured that. I sincerely hope not.

 

what happened

 

Amber accused him of abuse and they're divorcing. There are some pics of her face all bruised and apparently there is (unreleased) video of it. She got a restraining order against him today. His PR is doing the most to trash her. She was photographed sobbing after going to court and I feel so bad for her. I can't imagine going through that publicly.

 

A guy (probably mid to early 30s) asked me what I as doing this weekend; all I said was "it's one of my roommate's 21st birthday so..." and he just started laughing and that as enough for him to know my plans.

 

It is so much easier to function as a human being when you get 6 full hours of sleep. I can't remember the last time I got that many hours. I didn't have to pound coffee mid day. This medicine has totally changed the game lol I'm ecstatic.

 

Every time i try to click the notification button at the bottom of the screen it goes away right as I click lol and I click like/unlike the post I'm on instead lol. My reflexes are too slow. One day I'll beat you notification button!

 

There have been rumors for a while that Winona Ryder and Kate Moss dealt with the same thing when they were with him and that's why they prefer not to talk about it.

 

I was a grade or two past my coworkers, one of which is my boss's son. He brought it up to his dad that I went to the same elementary school at the same time. My boss told me today he recognized me in the kindergarten class picture. Well yeah, I'm the only Asian girl in it.

 

I get six hours usually and still drag through life, lol

 

I sleep usually 2-3 hours a night..more like a nap really bc my brain is constantly running 90 to nothing. Everyone jokes about my heart rate being so high bc I'm constantly moving and I prefer to stand or pace. I think it's because I'm usually running off of adrenaline or something. 6 hours is like a godsend. I feel like a new woman! I don't know why I replied with all of that information lol

 

I just realized I've been watching this movie for 30 minutes and have not paid attention to a second of it.

 

I've been "watching" this baseball game for 5 innings and have 0 clue how the score is 2-2. I've been distracted and on my phone or reading.

I'm not capable of doing anything else while watching a movie, haha. If I want to check chorus I have to pause. Then the length of the movie us essentially doubled for me bc I check here every few minutes

 

I get sidetracked all the time. Like, sometimes I'm supposed to be folding laundry, and I end up scrolling through Twitter.
