Wait... this is actually out?? I read and scrolled past his tweet because I thought it was just an announcement of his new album. My brain has been too focused on the other amazing music being announced the past few weeks that I didn't even stop to click the link

On first listen, there are a bunch of songs that stick out to me and I’m into. I’ll need a few more listens to remember song titles though, apparently lol

 

Not listened to Anthony for a while and I don’t think I listened to his last solo album. Loving this so far though!

Acoustic with might percussion, strings and keys sprinkled throughout.

Idk if you know who Summer Swee-Singh is but she arranged and played some the strings and keys on the album.

She’s best known for creating string and piano arrangements of songs in the genre. She has a really cool thrice and circa medley that she put out when they toured together.

Woah, this is stunning. Would take an album of this in a heartbeat! Didn’t pay attention to the title of the video so the drop into Get Out really surprised me

Who would have thought a song titled “Keep Your Mouth Shut” could sound so pretty.

 

Wow, this might be his best solo release

 

A lot of this stuff reminds me of Blue Sky Noise era acoustic stuff. Soooooo good.
