maybe vince is still sour because whoever runs US Bank Stadium announced we were going to have a wrestlemania before they wanted the cat out of the bag, haha.

 

I can't imagine sitting through a Marine movie. I don't think it's humanly possible for me.

 

I really need to watch some BOTSJ matches, especially the Ricochet/Ospreay one

 

Why the fuck wouldn't these guys get signed over here!?

 

Ospreay is by far the most exciting prospect in wrestling, already one of the most sound wrestlers out there, if he can get a bit better at the psychology side of things he'd be the best in the world.

 

I haven't been following this thread heavily lately, but i keep seeing it pop up about the brand split. Is that just something you guys are speculating about or is that actually something that's likely going to happen? Personally i'd hate it. The brand split completely lost me as a fan the first time, and i'm not sure what effect it would have on me now.

 

Brand split is 100% happening. Aside from Smackdown moving to Tuesdays the rest is basically all speculation

 

Happening. Smackdown is moving to Tuesdays (and live) on July 19th and a brand split is coming with that.

 

where did you hear that from, just trying to understand the reasoning for doing this again. I thought Raw was just starting to become fully watchable with all the great talent (and now big stars coming back from injury) and the new direction. Now they're breaking that up? I just don't understand.

 

I know about Smackdown going live, which is great, but does that mean Raw will go back to 2 hours now? I thought it was more of a device to make Smackdown relevant again.

 

All the info was released on WWE.com. They're doing a draft a week or so before Smackdown moves, and Raw is remaining 3 hours.

ok, so what does this mean for live shows that aren't smackdown and raw? do you get both rosters or just one?

 

well i saw the mention of smackdown going live, but just didn't read further that they were doing a draft and having separate rosters.

I just really hope they change that SmackDown opening theme music

 

So much fantasy booking it's crazy haha. I just hope they've learned their lesson from the last one.

 

RAW theme needs to be changed way more...what a garbage song that one is. Like a Fort Minor demo

 

I miss the Raw is War theme where you couldn't understand a damn word they were saying. I'm pretty sure everyone misses it though. So yeah.

 

New themes for both shows would be great, but I'm especially sick of the Raw theme.

 

I guess I'm gonna have to start watching SD now

 

There's a great video of them, in character, "guessing" the words to that theme. Jericho does a Jim Ross impersonation at like 3:30

 

Awesome video. So awesome. Road Dogg was surprisingly unfunny. That JR impression was great though.
