Because I'm a 5 year old and I don't like it. All you need on a good cheesburger is the cheese, patty, some bacon maybe and then some bbq sauce.

Also I am weird... I don't like vegetables at all. Only way I get my intake of them is making green smoothies in a BlendTec.

So fun fact: I have a weird food phobia that involves textures. I'm insanely picky because I'm afraid of funky textures. I don't know where this started. My wife is trying to get me to go to some holistic person that can supposedly cure me of it and release the emotional baggage that is supposedly causing me to fear funky textures (or what I perceive to be funky textures but are normal to everyone else)

 

Between not eating vegetables, and this phobia portobello mushrooms must be your worst nightmare.
