heres a take that might be true:

It seems that 85% of wing places all buy their wings from the same source bc the meat is identical. Pluckers is the only one around me with different meat than other wing joints.

 

I'm considering going to pluckers this weekend when my brother is in town. I've only been once and it was good, but expensive.
