panic at the disco - pretty odd

20th:
neutral milk hotel - in an aeroplane over the sea
the offspring - americana

 

Well, the Dropkick Murphys ("I'm Shipping Up to Boston") and Alkaline Trio ("We've had Enough").

Doesn’t the July panic show at the united center technically put them out?

 

Offspring are performing in Chicago a few weeks prior to Riot Fest

 

I noticed Sufjan Stevens Chicago in the back of the record store

The first one might be NOFX, but I'm really struggling with what that last one is...

 

We're not the only ones feeling this way.

 

They do this stuff every year and they were very careful with the wording of “the fun begins at 8”. Never said lineup at 8.

 

Really not into them delaying the lineup even longer, but the video itself was pretty great. Derek in the record store actually made me laugh out loud. I really hope if Trio is doing a full album they announce that ASAP.

 

Whereabouts is the Blondie?

 

Part of me is wondering if the Wrigley Field reference means Green Day is playing. But... That's probably just me being hopeful.

They tend to announce the album plays (or most of them) 1-3 days after the line-up. So. Should come soon!

So far it’s Dropkick, Trio, Blondie, Beck, Sufjan, and Elvis Costello I think. I’m assuming Costello is the song at the ballfield because I recognize it but cannot place what it is for the life of me.

 

That was We've Had Enough with Derek in the record store. Add that to the list.

 

I would die. I was listening to him all day yesterday so maybe it was premonition.

 

15 since GM and 20 since Goddamnit. I’ve heard both at Past Live so I don’t know what I’d even be hoping for at this. I personally need a self-titled tour but that’s still a pipe dream.
