when I was a little kid i was always afraid that i was secretly super dumb and everyone was just in on it and extra nice to me and i was secretly going to dumb people school

I dunno man, couldn’t tell ya haha. When I was a kid I hated it, but that’s cause I was drinking nasty OJ. Once I started having freshly squeezed OJ and pulp was just a natural part of it I was like damn this is good. I don’t want heavy pulp, but a little of it does add to the enjoyment for some reason. Guess it’s a textural thing

 

There’s no reason to ever drink orange juice

I like the fresh salsa they make daily from HEB, but I haven't had any jarred salsa like I like from anywhere really. I think it's the vinegar that they add to it as a preservative. I usually just make my own now.

it's not bad, we just don't use honey that much so I don't know why she bought so much.


sometimes I'll get a container of salsa from some restaurants like Baby A's or Casa Gracias, but I want a really good shelf stable salsa that I can always have.

Huh. Interesting. But fresh squeezed OJ can be strained to remove the pulp and it is still just as good IMO. Interesting, though!
