These Kimmel performances are the first Blink TV performances where I can hear the bass perfectly. Sounds great on Feeling This!

 

no! it's only where people with the exact same thoughts can speak..... ha

 

Yeah and the guitar was plenty loud. Kimmel sound hasn't been great sometimes but this was one of the best late night performances I've seen sound-wise

 

KOTW was the weakest of the song they played in terms of performance. I feel like the thinness of the intro and verse just don’t translate right or something. Otherwise the other tracks sounded super tight.

 

Thinness was the word I've been trying to find, bingo

 

Ya there’s just not much going on. It’s always like “oh the song started?”

 

I Miss You is really the only song where I actively miss Tom's version but watching it again, really enjoyed that performance. Even though they've never nailed the right guitar tone for it with Matt. But almost all of Tom's guitar tones were terrible choices post-reunion so yeah lol

 

I could never hear I Miss You again and I would not care at all.

The only time I would miss hearing part of that song is when Tom Whitmer sings it to make fun of it.

 

I think I Miss You sounds better with Matt than it does with Tom lol

 

The bumnotes in kings of the weekend lol. Felt like i was watching a high school talent show.

It’s not my favorite song to go back and listen to, but it’s easily my favorite moment of their live shows. That ending is the highlight of their whole set.
