It’s tough bc this is clearly a nice weather/summery album and it’s been cold and rainy in Jersey for like a 4-5 days now

 

This album is amazing and my wife and I just sat there last night and listened through the whole thing again without even meaning to. Happiness Hours (the song) is just on a completely different level. What a perfect closer.

 

Saw them last night and they were incredible as always. New songs sounded amazing and I was so stoked on the old ones they played

I definitely thought they were going to encore but the crowd didn't do much when they ended so they didn't :'(

 

This set looks amazing. We're gonna drive up for the Cinci show and can't WAIT!

 

I was pretty surprised people just started filing out almost right away. I was just looking around thinking "Don't y'all realize they haven't played 1940s Figher Jet yet?? They still have basically all of Runners to pick from!"

But yeah, great as always. They played almost all of my favorites off the new album and like you said they sounded super good live

 

Yeah I was 100% expecting 1940's for the encore.. Oh well :(

 

Is 1940s fighter jet a staple?

 

Yep, I think since AB came out I've maybe only not seen them play it 2-3 times

 

I’m surprised. It doesn’t seem like it would be. But it is a great song

 

It's such a cathartic experience live

 

I’ll need to experience it at some point

This is the first album of theirs that has clicked with me. Excited to work my way backwards now and see if any of their other stuff hits me harder now.

Mix for Rainy Day is a super good song, I don't know how I haven't listened to this band before.

this is so good. i think of Saves The Day's self-titled often while listening to this and it makes me happy

medium in the middle, dancing, and happiness hours are my favorites.

 

Weed Tent, Summer And The Magic Trick and Twin's Twist are my favs so far

 

Happiness Hours might be my favorite song of the year right now

Love Dancing, Weed Tent, Medium In The Middle and Win Affection as well

 

I love this more with each listen. Serpent in a Sun Drought might be my favorite since the singles.

I never listened to them until Runners, which I thought was really good, but I never got fully attached to it, so it's interesting how quickly I'm taking to this one.
