I have a mac so I won't be able to play Divinity 2 yet.

How different is the first one?

 

I only had two people who weren’t infected.. I ONLY HAVE FOUR SURVIVORS

Battlefield V trailer looked disappointing

 

What's the next game I should play on PS4? According to my trophies, these are the last games I've played:

Thinking of getting into the Yakuza series. Any suggestions??

 

Yakuza zero is a great bet. Game is a gem

 

Have you played the best game ever? Persona 5

I have not. I hear nothing but great things, I'll check out some videos on it to see if it'll be up my alley. Thanks for the recs

 

Sweet, I'm def leaning that way. I checked out a review of it and it looks crazy fun

 

Yakuza 0 is a great choice. Also The Last Guardian if you haven't played it yet and liked SOTC.

 

Ouch, not looking good for Detroit now the embargo has lifted. Just seen it be given a 4/10..

Edit: upon further investigation, that seems to be an outlier - siting at like 80 on Metacritic at the minute. Seems divisive.

 

It got a good review from Easy Allies and I'm generally a bigger fan of QD's stuff than most critics so I'm looking forward to checking it out at some point.

@Rob Hughes sell me on SoD2. is it true that, in co-op, only the host retains progress after the session ends? that sounds like bad news to me

 

Yeah, think that's probably going to be where it settles. Videogamer, that did the 4/10, are generally spot on for me, and their review made a lot of valid points about clunky controls, sequences not quite hitting and questioning the weight of decisions made, but the score is probably a tad harsh.

 

From what I’ve played last night, after my session ended with @CobraKidJon I got the extra things (so what extra supplies like food and meds and guns) I got from the session, but your story doesn’t progress at all so you have to replay it.

However, your characters will carry over their current status to your game. So if they have the blood plague on your friends’ game, they will still have it in your single player game

 

so, like, your gear/stats/whatever transfer, just not story progress? that's not so bad

 

Yeah, the trade off is no story but you’ll get extra supplies to bring to base. Just try and not get your characters killed though lol

 

yeah and it's not like the story is worth it anyways. We were just killing zambies.

 

True, the story itself is just surviving. I meant to say that you’ll basically be repeating quests you’ve already completed

 

I'm all in on State of Decay, it would be wild to have the 4 of us in a game. I'm in a larger base now and everything is really starting to click.

Nobody seems to be talking about the Battlefield V trailer so I’m assuming it was just ok

 

I said it was disappointing! Honestly they just went full cinematic for it and it was boring

 

It was pre-rendered gameplay so that was weird.
