i would say he is the writer that covers the league the most and is probably the most serious in that sense, but Verrier came from actually covering the Pels with ESPN. Although i think he’s the NBA editor for the site, so he doesn’t write as much anymore.

 

KOC is the only one who occasionally breaks news but Tjarks is also a serious writer (at least until he wrote the Celtics are the new Warriors piece or whatever it was called)
