I think I like the Bastion skin the most

 

I had no idea the changes they made to Hanzo. I was pleasantly surprised last night whilst playing.

Man I’ve said this before, but fuck does Moira mop up in free for all. I was dominating last night as her.

 

Yeah Moira and Junkrat are the free for all destroyers haha

Holiday themed events are usually better; I don't think there's been an anniversary or uprising skin that was a must-have for me.

 

Orisa is the only one I really want. The skins for this event aren’t a big deal for me.

I figured out my Mercy spray/icon dilemma!

For whatever reason, my PS account wasn't linked to my Battle Net account? So I did that. And I went to "link account" in my Overwatch settings. It was linked, and it said something like "redeem digital goodies"! No idea you had to actually ~redeem~ the items (I thought they just showed up in your account *shrug* lmao). So yeah, that was my issue. And I had watched plenty of hours of Emongg for all the sprays and the other icon lol

 

Event is a go.

I mean it’s a good deal, but it’s been out for 2 years now. Plus there’s been no paid dlc so a GOTY edition is strange.

 

I can't get through placement matches because people keep quitting.

 

Been playing a lot of comp this season. Probably more than all the others combined. My main account has fallen as I had just been doing the placement matches and little else. I can't get any good teams with it and it's literally just dropping more.

However, on my alt account I made to just to practice comp a couple seasons ago, I am having the opposite luck. I literally had 2 incredibly shit matches on my main, switched and didn't lose any of the 4-5 matches I played on it tonight. In general I've already raised it a couple hundred points.

I get good teams, even if they're still fairly quiet. I don't understand why my main is so fucked.

 

Just realized skins from all previous events are unlockable, in addition to just being available in loot boxes. Definitely getting Jazzy Lucio and Mei-rry. Torn between Oasis Sym and Jingle Tracer.

What's funny is I wouldn't have this 3,000 credits if I'd spent it on a Mercy skin--I spentdonated real money for the Pink skin.

 

I’m saving all my credits for the next holiday event.

 

I can't figure out why I keep placing silver. Basically this every game.

 

That’s me as Moira every time. Trying to do that now with Brigette.

 

Is your team getting the wins? I placed silver as Moira with stats like this and only bumped up to gold / plat once I started healing more and letting the kill count drop a little bit.

 

I went 8-2. I usually only run DVA and Moira when I play competitive and the losses came when people quit early on. I can't understand the ranking process if you are getting wins. Comparing your performance to other people as that character feels so flawed.

 

Moira SR calculations are weighted toward total healing not eliminations or damage. Plus your placement always is within range of how you finished last season.

 

I'm only about 400 credits away from 2,000. If I can get there before event's end, then yeah.

 

guess i should just play DPS. lol

 

Didn't we win two or three in a row the night before? Our alts are at like a 8 win streak now
