The Front Bottoms are good

 

blue and pinkerton are good. everything after is at best skippable or at worst awful.

 

They used to be my favorite band of all time, its how i met my ex-fiancé, was on their forums that i was on from middle school through college haha, went to dozens of their shows, met them several times, etc etc etc.








Then they released collapsible lung and air for free and i was done. Im interested in seeing what thiessens solo record sounds like though

 

I can't believe i come back to this thread to people defending chevelle. I fell asleep AT OZZFEST during their entire set. They were the most boring band with the most boring set of songs i've ever seen in my entire life

Pinkerton is fine. I don't understand the love for that band/album, though.

 

Their last album was butt. I love them but they, like Weezer, walk a line that puts out either bangers or bad songs.

 

Even i wouldn't insult nakamura like that

 

No it was one of their best though

 

I have mostly negative feelings towards Weezer but Only In Dreams is easily one of my favorite songs of all time

 

Their last one? I strongly disagree with that haha. It mostly felt like the idea of the Front Bottoms. Like, if they said the entire album was written by people doing a Front Bottoms impression I would legit not be surprised.

 

It was the first one I heard and got me into them.
