yeah considering it, I just know that when/if my appetite ever returns it's going to be very big.

my mom has been on atkins for 15 years and it's worked great for her.

 

By definition we're all on diets

 

the only weight loss diet that I was ever able to stay on more longtermish was weight watchers.

stayed on it for about 5 months and lost about 40 pounds, kept off most of that weight loss for 2+ years before I gained it + another 40 pounds :/


edit: added "weight loss" because larry is arguing semantics over here.
