Meltzer said Ronda wrestled 6 woman tag match instead of the advertised single matches last week because she's not ready for single matches yet. This match with Nia should be GREAT.

 

What? Ronda isn't ready? But she's been training for so long, I was told by a bunch of marks not to worry about it she'll be great

 

She could hold her own with most. Hell she looked good with Steph. But of all people of her to wrestle with they pick Nia. Who even Asuka couldn't work well with. Makes no sense.

 

Wow, someone who's wrestled in one tag match in her entire career isn't ready to wrestle for the championship yet?! You don't say

I mean, it cant be worse than Lana getting a title match in her first televised match...and that match somehow lasting almost 8 minutes

She practiced the hell out of her WM match, she'll be just as practiced for the Nia match. And its not like they'll have her defending on TV anyways.

But man, the title picture of RAW is gonna be a shit-show. Brock never shows. Ronda cant wrestle week-to-week. They've got at least 3 guys that they dont want taking losses (Roman, Braun, Lashley). Gonna be a lot of people like Finn, KO, Sasha, Bayley, etc eating pins they dont need to

 

If anyone needs some motivation for the upcoming week

This will at least (hopefully) mean WWE will treat SDL as equal to Raw

 

WWE just raking in crazy money with these TV deals. So since they only get one show (as opposed to the original speculation of both going to Fox before the big deal for just Raw), SDL would be on Fox proper instead of FS1?

 

yeah, if Smackdown goes to Fox proper and is on network television it becomes the de facto flagship brand. that's really interesting.

 

Smackdown will likely draw bigger ratings than RAW for quite awhile if not consistently. The average FOX rating is a little under 5 million viewers supposedly.

 

Even if it's on Fox Sports it's a pretty big deal and the shows will be much closer to equal than they were before. If it's on Fox proper then holy shit Smackdown is the A show
