Damn I’ve changed my mind

 

i used to fall asleep to [redacted] by [redacted] until luca scared the fuck out of me when i was halfway asleep once

 

Linkin Park was always a pop band disguised as metal from the beginning, and their last album was actually pretty great. If not one of their best.

i cant remember what band it was but i was reading an article on ten great metal bands who ruined metal and one of them was called out because they wrote pop songs with metal influence instead of metal songs with pop influence inviting a whole new crowd of horrible bands to try it to. i wanna say it was killswitch engage

 

Dude this has happened to me so many times. I'll fall asleep to an Ambient playlist or something and wake up to the scariest sounding shit. Sumerian chanting and what not. There's nothing more jarring

i can fall asleep to some pretty heavy music tho. this obscure christian deathcore album i used to like when i was 14 used to be my nap album, up until like two years ago lol. i tend to nap to heavy music to drown out either the people i live with (when i still lived at home) or the noise outside since i live near a really busy street)

 

Let's not sit here and pretend Music for Airports isn't a stupid title though. That's one step above Music for Elevators.

That's what I said. I think that's pretty much a given at this point.

 

I suppose, but if I’m not mistaken, his intention of the album was for it to literally be played at airports.

Haha for real. How do people fall asleep with the TV on? The lights! The sounds! It's all too much! Unless I'm super high, then I could fall asleep to someone cutting my hair with a lawnmower.

 

I don’t put things on to fall asleep to. But oftentimes I’ll be doing something and I’ll fall asleep while it’s on
