I have no fucking clue what a top 5 would look like for me. Janelle, US Girls, Against All Logic, Hop Along, Republic of Wolves maybe? The past two weeks alone have 5 potential top 5 records (once I listen more) in Malkmus, Beach House, Arctic Monkeys, Sidekicks, Courtney.

 

i wish i liked that new tfb ep, just eh on it

 

I have never seen that stuff, just the weird gender reveal stuff, I was being facetious people think every thing there baby does is special and it usually isn't

 

i can't get into the Arctic Monkeys record but i've never been able to get into them really

 

I feel this way about their last album too

 

i listened to TFB EP once and it's...fine but there are so many better releases today that i probably won't return to it for a long time

 

i really liked Tye Dye Dragon, hoping there's more raw stuff in that vein

 

I just haven't been interested in TFB in a while it feels like.

 

Underoath and wonder years are the only albums I’ve listened to more than once, so seeing all of your lists should explain where the Venn diagram of our tastes lie

this sidekicks album is gonna be up there for me. perfect warm weather album and im loving the guitar tones on this thing, which makes sense considering their producer has done a bunch of work with dinosaur jr

i'm bad at RIYL but it's funky, sample based electronic, a nicolas jaar project if you're familiar with him.

thinking about it i would probably put camp cope in RoW's place.

 

Maybe I need to try it again but I listened a few times and I think I only like 2 songs on it.
