Try a rib cap if you get a chance. Chateaubriand is delicious. I'm not saying it's not. I'm just saying rib cap is better than filet. Although I tend to prefer bone-in filet over a chateaubriand preparation. I'm surprised those places don't offer it, it's the best. I haven't eaten at either of those places, and they look great online and have pretty solid reviews, but they seem to be a typical steak house like Barclay Prime & Peter Luger & Capital Grille & Ocean Prime & Mastro's etc

i hate to use this thread as a blog for my bullshit but y'all alleviate my stress

i have a two hour interview at 9 am on Tuesday, all for one position. there will be a rotating set of managers asking me hypothetical questions about how i would handle the situations the position often encounters. the woman told me to expect to be exhausted by the end and that they are by design going to try to intimidate me.
