Dude, Matt still doesn't know the words to some songs they play night after night

 

Matt is recording with blink now based on his IG.

 

The Trio FB fan group banned anything blink related for a week yesterday because it had just devolved into like every other post bitching about blink

So yeah that group will not be happy lol

 

Skip to about 4:40 minutes for the relevant parts. The first few minutes is literally the dj's bullshitting amongst themselves. Anyway, now Mark's saying stuff is starting to sound more like Untitled and he regrets his TOYP tweet. Lol at the DJ calling him out on saying stuff that never comes to fruition though.

 

Private Eye, Warbrain, All On Black, Calling All Skeletons, I Found Away....if you’re in to more punk sounding songs, Nose Over Tail, Cringe...

Honestly I love Matt but Dan has become the star of the band to me at this point haha

Yes but Mark and Travis aren't in that picture so it's obvious they are off in the studio working alone and just giving Matt material to record without his input what so ever.

 

I hope its confirmation Matt is with them and not that Alk3 is recording with Feldman

I wouldn’t be entirely opposed to a Feldy-produced Trio album, but also, I kind of only want them to work with Bill Stevenson from now on.

Feldy needs to stay very very far away from the Trio.

 

I’ll agree. I don’t even have a problem with Feldmann at all, but his style doesn’t fit Trio.


That being said I am all ready for more blink music. Bring it on!

 

Don’t get me wrong, he’s not near the top of the list of producers I’d want them to work with. But if they were going for an Agony & Irony-esque pop-rock album, idk I feel like it might work. I personally would rather them pick up where My Shame is True left off.

 

Yeah I actually wouldn't be opposed to John producing Trio. I think he'd probably approach it differently than he does with blink. Even though his work with blink isn't so hot he's still produced some of my favorite records.

 

This is very true, I guess it's hard for me to see Dan or Derek to be into any idea Feldy has ha.

 

Yeah, Derek especially. I remember him expresssing dissatisfaction with the industry standard recording techniques used on Good Mourning and Crimson. Feldy’s production would probably drive him crazy haha.

 

It's funny because he absolutely loves A&I ha.
