I played bass in a band and didnt know how to play bass

I stole a card on a game of poker so I didnt have to live down cheating against my cousins who are 12 years younger than me

Nothing really bad is happening, im being dramatic but. My car is in shambles, and im facing some finance issues, my side job is delivering. So im gonna work this weekend but my brakes sound like absolute shit when I stop and i get super self conscious about it, but I shouldnt care right? Im just tryina make money? I know this sounds minor but it has been dominating my mind all day today.

 

I have this car only for a couple more weeks so I dont mind running it into the ground.

Yeah you shouldn't care, in Texas you'd actually be looked at as cool for that I'm pretty sure

But regardless yeah give no fucks, if anyone gives you shit tell them you were just trying to help them hear when you arrived with their delivery

 

I figure if anyone says anything or whatever (why would they?) ill just joke about having the car for only another week, which is actually true.

Sidenote: I love when i've been doing nothing but personal shit I should do on my downtime and my boss e-mails me about how great a job I have been doing this week. Hahahahaha. Sweet.

 

I figured that everyone who has ever played bass in a band didn't know how to play bass the first time they were in a band playing it, and I've done something similar to #3 so it added up to me haha

 

Yeah I played bass and mandolin without knowing how to play either. And both were right handed instruments that I played lefty haha.

 

Only thing I've done in a band that I didn't know how to play was vocals

That is until what I've been working on now where there are like 10 instruments I'll be writing for that I can't play
