ive never seen a thread for a tv show this bad tbh.

bad as in the thread not the show. the show is fine.

 

It's mostly the fault of a few people basically hate-watching the show.... like, just don't watch it...

 

or, watch it, bc it is fun to discuss. but still be able to realize it is a silly show with tons of obvious flaws and not feel the need to ride immediately to the defense of a Nolan Brother. either or, really.

Nah I think it’s more like someone getting condescendingly scoffed at out of nowhere just for saying they like the show. That’s probably it.

 

I see more shade getting thrown at people who aren’t crazy about the show but whatever.

no one has ever said in this thread "wow you're an idiot for liking this." if anything, the people who dislike it, myself included, have tried to probe from people who like the show what it is they enjoy and try to facilitate conversations on the show.

however, people who voice any sort of criticism, from minor to large ones, get met immediately with "well, why are you even watching the show then?" every. single. time.

 

Yeah I mean I was told I was too stupid to appreciate the show but okay!

You literally responded above to someone who just came into the thread and said they like the new season by derisively laughing at them for liking it.

 

I’m pretty sure it was more the thread is a shit show and clearly Steve didn’t know that not that he was laughing at Steve for liking it.

 

Steve said “All caught up! first three episodes have been straight FIRE,” to which the response was a sub-commented “lol”
