Same with the Colts. I’d imagine Skai Moore and maybe an undrafted DB or WR make the roster.

I’m guessing one of Henre’ Toliver out of Arkansas, Lashard Durr from Mississippi St, or Robert Jackson from UNLV wins a job to be part of the Colts’ nonexistent CB depth. I don’t think you sign 3 undrafted CBs and 2 undrafted safeties if you don’t intend to keep the best 1 or 2 of them

 

Why did Cory fall ? Did he have fumble issues?

 

I seriously have no idea. Dude was a beast in his last year of college. And Sony Michel and Alvin Kamara had fumble issues too.

 

I hope people regret letting him fall after what he did in the SB ha

 

This is what his draft profile on NFL.com said (which is obviously an excellent source and not at all contrived)

WEAKNESSES
Scouts have labeled him "entitled" and question his football character and leadership. Had 2015 season washed away due to injury, attitude and an off-field incident. One speed, monotonous approach as a runner. Lacks burst and drags feet through hole, allowing defenders to get hands on him. Impatient. Runs up the back of blockers rather than allowing plays to develop. Missing improvisational talent and finesse. Not an instinctive runner and lacks feel for development of running lanes between the tackles. Can be indecisive and very impatient. Seems to be waiting for the next jump-cut rather than punching the gas downhill. Can be hit-or-miss with his reads on outside zone plays. Rarely in on obvious passing downs.

 

I didn't watch him at all in college though so fuck if I know, most of that sounds very inaccurate

He's honestly one of the most humble guys.

Got curious and looked it up, and this was Arian Foster's.

Weaknesses:
Viewed by some as more of a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none type. Lacks the explosiveness to consistently make defenders miss in tight quarters and is not the power runner his size would indicate. Inconsistent. Struggled in 2006; missing time due to an ankle injury and suspension for an off-campus fight. Missed the 2008 spring due to minor knee surgery. Has had issues with fumbles during his career.

Yeah that was one of the knocks I definitely disagreed with. He had his fumble issues at UT and obviously had injury concerns, and he's definitely not a power runner (nor should he be!) but that explosiveness knock made me laugh

 

Skai Moore going undrafted is another baffling one. I really think teams are just lazy and get tunnel vision come the late two rounds. Guys like Skai Moore, Allen Lazzard, Akrum Wadley, etc... have no excuse to be undrafted.

 

Yeah, I don’t know much about the 2 linebackers that the Colts picked in the 7th, but feel like Skai Moore is a better prospect than both of them

Ballard has basically rebuilt the entire OL in one offseason, even if luck never comes back and they go 2-14 again whoever gets behind that line will have a chance not to be scrambling as soon as the ball is snapped so that's cool

 

Congrats to you both!! My daughter just turned three weeks last Sunday. No Browns gear yet. But my 4 year old has several shirts and sports them proudly (for now).
