Yeah lol I was at the fridge and we had like nothing bc we were going grocery shopping the next day and to show minimal effort in actually making something else to eat, I just boiled every egg we had lol.

 

It's also always my fault, and related to food a lot of the time.

 

I like em soft boiled.

 

The best egg though is over easy.

 

Scrambled is the obvious best way to easy eggs. Over easy is good too but nowhere near as good as scrambled

 

Scrambled eggs is the one thing that I'm really good at making. Like scary good.

 

How many eggs (any style) do you guys think you can eat? I could confidently say 12-15 soft boiled eggs

 

I also have a hard time deciding how many scrambled eggs I want. The perfect number would be 3, but I also can't take an odd number of eggs out of the carton. It's either 2, 4 and so on.

 

I've never eaten just eggs so it's hard to say

 

Most I've eaten in one sitting is 8, will have to try and top that sometime.

 

4 is the perfect number and you should run with that

 

I had a bad experience with scrambled eggs once and just don't like them scrambled anymore.

I still will occasionally, but I tend to ate lots of cheese to them to try and make it better.

Edit: I'll also eat them in Breakfast tacos because, who the fuck doesn't like Breakfast tacos?

 

That's really too many though. If I'm really hungry I'll do 4, but most of the time I settle for a disappointing two.

 

What it sounds like is I need to make 4 and then go to your house and have the extra 1 you end up making

 

Also there are 18 eggs in each carton, but you can't divide that by 4, only 2 or 3. I buy groceries each week so I like one carton to last me a week.

If I do two, I've got to eat 9 servings of scrambled eggs in a week. If I do three eggs at a time, that's 6 servings so I'm short one day of eggs. Fml.

But I've still got the same dilemma when I reach that third carton.

In a perfect world, I could buy a carton of 21 eggs, three rows deep, with 7 columns, and I will have solved the worlds egg problem.

 

I always swap eggs to make a perfect carton with no cracks, etc. Everyone hates that I do that but it just feels right.

Honestly have never thought to do this, I just look to make sure none are cracked and if there are, just grab a new carton instead.
