I didn't realize that people felt so strongly about Blue October. I've only heard their singles, have I been missing out? This is not how I remember feeling the first time or times after hearing "Hate Me"

I mean...that things was amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing. Deep, raw, just pure emotional musical genius.

Also is this true?!

Between then and now, the Houston natives have proven themselves to be one of the most consistent and talented acts in the modern alternative scene

 

I've only heard a handful of songs but I really like those songs, just not enough to listen to a whole album of theirs.

 

I'm listening to the other pre release track from their upcoming album and I have to say I don't hate it haha. Called ''I'll do me, you do you''. Hilarious title and the lyrics even if a little repetitive are decent enough.

 

I've never been a fan of them. Tried to give Foiled a shot when it came out but couldn't get into it. Then Hate Me would get so overplayed and it made me hate that song/band.

 

If so it's been under the radar

I will say their lyrics are decent on the new songs. I'm listening to Hate Me now and it's not bad. I mean I'm almost tempted to revisit that album. What an unexpected turn of events.
