My initial disapointment is due to the Midnight Organ Fight current tour doesn’t come close to me, so if they take this new project seriously it could be awhile to see FR live again. But I’m excited for new Hutchison brother music nonetheless.

Just picked up a vinyl pre-order of mastersytem release. Looks like Roughtrade has a clear vinyl edition limited to 300.

 

There may or may not be an extremely poorly hidden press stream of this album on the first page of the Google search results for "mastersystem dance music"

So good. This is definitely going to be one of my favorite releases of the year.
I've been playing "Notes on.." regularly since it was released.

 

Whoops haha. I have this preordered so this will do nicely until that arrives.

 

im definitely interested in the side project but i really want to revisit this bands catalog, this record in particular. im in the mood for the sad scottish indie rock

 

Honestly after a couple of listens this Mastersystem album is way more exciting to me than new FR material would be, I think. Hopefully it will inject some new energy into whatever FR does next.

He was last seen in South Queensferry. Right next to the new Queensferry Crossing. I know I shouldn't really get ahead of myself here but I am extremely worried. Also, the lyrics to Floating in the Forth are becoming all too real right now.

 

Hopefully he just crossed over to go take a walk into Fife, but this is. The worst possible location he could have been last seen at let's be honest here
