so, gf bought a home on a total steal a few years ago, expecting to share it with her partner at the time only for things to immediately go south. she couldn't afford it herself, so she got a one bedroom place and rents the house out to pay the mortgage and some of her rent. her tenants suck, and are months behind on rent. she wants to get them out of there when the lease is up and move back in but can't afford it alone. over breakfast yesterday she asked, if things are still going this good, if i would like to move into the house with her around January.

i said yes. we will have been seeing each other for around a year at that point and it's no secret how much i hate my current living situation. some days it's still hard to believe how well this is all going

 

That’s awesome. This is good because although it’s early in theory by the time it happens it will have been a year which imo is plenty of time before moving in together.
