If we're talking about strictly game tape, I'd say Romo was as good as Matt Ryan. But Matty Ice doesn't choke as much anymore.

 

I'd say better than Roethlisberger and as good as Rivers

Romo being a choker is so overblown. He's had a handful of times that he clearly 100% choked, but a lot of the examples happen to tons of other quarterbacks as well and they're not labeled a choker.

Also, that Lions playoff game flag situation is dumb. They should have picked up the flag and replayed the down, but the refs didn't force the Lions to shank their punt and let us drive down the field converting a fourth down, get a lead changing touchdown, and then force them to fumble the ball TWICE on their potential game winning drive.

Oh, they also were held to 3 points in the second half on top of that.

What complaints are you referring to?

 

I know there is history for the brown jersey/oragne pant combo but they're still ugly to me. I can't remember how many more years the browns have till they can redesign their uniforms again, but I just hope they go back to a simpler design.

 

Also their last actual franchise QB won 3 Super Bowls so that might factor in

 

It's crazy to think Foles did something Romo couldn't do.

 

I think their current design is the only acceptable one they’ve ever had, but I agree it’s still ugly. Tradition is never an excuse for an ugly jersey :P

The problem with the Cowboys that entire time was, they played THEIR brand of football really well, but the minute they had to adjust they were toast. To me that's coaching, not Romo.
