In the nicest possible way I think +44 served its purpose. Now Mark's main creative outlet can be Blink again, and Travis can go off and play with one of the twenty different bands he seems to know drum parts for or be a member of, I don't think it's going to reunite any time soon.

 

I would love another +44 album. Top 3 “blink related project” with Untitled and Box Car Racer in my opinion.

 

I’m of the opinion that if Matt somehow wanted out of Blink, then that’s it for the band. Couldn’t see them introducing another member at this point.

Not that I think he’d leave.

 

+44 needs to reunite.

It’s really too late for Tom, though. I understand he has his loyal fans and people want to see him perform in Blink again but knowing what we know now (Tom’s ambitions, the animosity between band mates), who would really want to see that? It would be so disingenuous

If Matt left and Tom wanted back I would just prefer Mark and Travis hang up the Blink name and either do +44 or a new band together.

 

All for +44 reunion. I do kinda feel like +44 was attached to Marks headspace at the time though, which might be a tough walk to get over. It’s be interested to see where that sound/production went though.

 

Feldmann would probably produce it.

I would absolutely love an Untitled tinged Blink album with Matt. I hate that everything since that album feels like a regression. Untitled still holds up so well and the growth from Takeoff to that is amazing to me.

Drop the wanna be teenage angle. Embrace your age and write a genuine album that explores some of the unique and interesting experiences they have all gone through. I think between the three of them a truly amazing album could be written.

California is a very bad album in my opinion. If it were released by just about any other band it would be torn to shreds, especially written by 3 40+ year olds.

wouldn't say it's a very bad.I still like lot of songs and I really appreciated that album when it came out...probably because that 13 years gap of silence between Untitled and Cali ( ha) ....but yea Untitled is my favorite album of all the time and HONESTLY I still can listen to it every day and never get bored.Its particularly because the sentiment but it still holds the best melodies and production I've ever heard.that's just me tho

 

Why the hell do they never play “obvious”? That riff is killer and one of the best sons they have written
