  3. I like this. A few skippers, but overall it's good. I like it way better than their last album.

I'm pumped for this but a little cautious because I didn't love Every Open Eye.

I also bought tix to see them in October which I'm happy about, never seen them before.

Damn, I love their last record so this sounds good to me.

Yeah if this is way better than the second album, I'll honestly be shocked, but very happy of course

I loved the last record and I didn’t skip any so I’m a lil nervous. All the singles have grown on me

EOE is more consistent than the first record but the first record has generally higher peaks

except for clearest blue, which is their best song

I will love the first album a TON, but the second album did an amazing job of honing in on their sound and perfecting everything about it. Every Open Eye might have been my favorite album that year actually.

i thought maybe this was the case but i was just thinking of “tether”

nothing on the first record touches “clearest blue” or “empty threat”

I think Bones has higher highs such as ...the whole first half really. EOE is great though.

For those of you who’ve heard this while this ; standout tracks aside from the singles ?

My relisten unfortunately didn't help me like EOE any more than I did before. There are a good amount of songs I enjoy (Clearest Blue, Leave A Trace, Empty Threat, Warning Call, and Bury It are all great) but as an album, it mostly bores me.

Take arms, it'll all blow over Prestigious

EOE is solid, but not better than their debut.
