They would have and I would have until I played syndicate. There's nothing in Brotherhood that wasn't done better in syndicate imo.

 

Exactly, she is more of what the franchise is about. I am glad that they gave you the option in the game of what style you want to play be it thug or stealth. The final unlock in her the tree is pretty cool but I won't ruin it since you haven't played it yet.

 

Rogue made me feel better after 3 and Black Flag. The naval combat wasn't as excessive (and it's 10x easier), and I actually care about Shay's story. There are some devastating sequences. Black Flag didn't really leave as much of an impact.

 

Tbh I think the only worthwhile games in the series are 2/Brotherhood and Syndicate

 

Unity could of been so cool but the end result was so damn meh.

 

Yeah I'm realizing I probably liked Black Flag because I haven't played any others and also was not looking for any impact whatsoever from it hahaha

 

Can't play Rogue because the main character annoys me too much.

 

Syndicate is definitely a departure in many ways from the standard AC. Not in gameplay so much but in the "extras". But I do agree those two are my top two.

 

It brought the fun back for me, and it nailed a lot of the mechanics. Damn, I want to play it now.

 

Agreed. BF was alright but I was relieved when it was over. I liked the first game for what it was but I'd never consider going back to it.

 

I'm still sort of interested in the batshit modern day stuff that's happening. I'd like to think if they ever plan on ending the series they'd bring in some good writers and make that all worthwhile.

 

I'll buy Syndicate next time it goes on sale for $25 or $30 or so.

 

Yeah I saw Rebecca and Shaun in the beginning of Syndicate and what was going on and I was like "???" so I stopped watching and was like "NVM I'll get to the game. Eventually."

 

I think playing through all the Ezio and Altair stories are definitely worth it. So that would be 1,2, Brotherhood and Revelations. Are they all great? No.

 

Every time I start Overwatch, I just want to watch the Winston intro over and over again.

 

I want more exotic locals to be blunt. Most of the damn series takes place in Europe and the Americas, while other parts of the world are regulated to smaller titles. Fuck that, make a large game in Feudal Japan, one of the Dynasties of China, India, Africa, somewhere that isn't Europe or the Americas.

 

I always love their banter, haha.

 

I think that is why they did the Chronicles.

 

The descriptions of the beers from Shaun in Syndicate are hysterical!

 

Also, more diverse main characters too. For a series developed by a multi-cultural team as they like to pride themselves as, they sure do like making white people the main characters of the AAA titles.
