49ers have had a bad offseason but turn on that Jimmy G tape fellas. You're about to be wrong if you doubt him. Dude is nuts. I loved Derek Carr's first 2 years and ended up overprojecting him -- this is not that. Jimmy G is way better than Carr was haha.

He does everything lightning fast -- almost computer-like decision making, instant release, tons of velocity on the ball when you need it. He anticipates and thinks far enough ahead that he looks off defenders the whole game, you never see him scanning for a guy to throw to or watching for somebody get open. I mean defenses just got disoriented cause they dont know what hes about to do and dont have enough time to trust their eyes. He's an exact fit as a west coast QB.

And I don't think I've seen a "young QB" with better accuracy / touch, I'd say he's even more accurate than Goff. Accuracy that doesn't really falter even when he's about to get slammed by a DL. Usually passers are 30 by the time they are as refined as Jimmy is already.

Wentz and Jimmy G are the next "elites" if you ask me

 

I liked our draft even though many other fans freaked out about the first 3-4 picks we had. Lynch/Shanahan seemed to prioritize system fit players vs best available talent.

But yeah, the Foster stuff has been an absolute nightmare. It really shed a light on the fact that we are giving Foster another chance based on the fact that he’s talented. Dude would’ve been released if he was 3rd on the depth chart at his position. The whole situation makes me feel gross.

 

I read Randall's post in Jon Gruden voice and it was actually amazing.

 

Hope he wins and Goodell and the rest of them all geaux down.

 

You’ll never know or feel sympathy for how much this depresses me. I LOVED him. Pretty sure most here in NE felt the same and all want him to go on and revive that franchise and bring them success.
