Underoath aren't that good. They have two okay-ish albums.

 

BMTH over Underoath is wild despite my love of every BMTH album post Count Your Blessings...

I definitely agree with the opinion of That's The Spirit > Erase Me tho.

 

Erase Me is the only good Underoath album to me.

Bring Me the Horizon has one good album but I might think it’s better than it is because I was surprised I liked it. Underoath has four excellent albums and two very good ones.

 

I'm actually not sure about that one even lol I only listened to Erase Me once but I listen to TTS like.... way too much hahaha

 

There Is A Hell and Sempiternal are both great, but only TIAH stands a chance against any UO album at this point for me. I think BMTH are way underrated though.

Now, Now sucks. They sound like a fictional band from an early Michael Cera movie and I hate them.

 

I haven’t listened to their studio work, but they were pretty good when I saw them at High & Low Fest. Much better than Alex G who I also saw perform there and was trash and I will remind anyone whenever I get the chance

So, because I was curious, I hit up the ol' search function and it turns out I'm the only person, in 2 years and 574 pages, to get a response from Tate himself (discounting him trying to briefly moderate some shit).

According to the previous page, Erase Me is the only good Underoath album and Now, Now sucks. I’m concerned for the future of this country.

 

"I don't like live shows" is the one that hurts my feelings.

Like, I get it, I'm almost 28, I ain't jumping in the pit and I ain't pushing my way to the front of a crowd I can't stand up in. And social anxiety can be a bitch in large crowds.

But just sit at the bar in the back / stand on the balcony and enjoy your beer like an adult lol. Plenty of shows happen in places that arent standing room only, holes in the wall.

And I feel like strangers getting sweaty and touchy at shows isnt as much of a thing in 2018, in my experience people are more respectful of personal space than they used to be.

Or maybe this is all because I don't follow pop punk bands much anymore. But, peoples reasons for not liking shows... Idk man that just sounds like you should pick better shows to go to? That shit sounds like Warped Tour or something else with a bunch of 13 year olds going nuts haha. Or like a punk basement. 21+ bar shows and larger venue shows really aren't like that most of the time.
