Where did the speculation of new music tomorrow even come from?

 

Nothing really, just people hoping for the best.

This Guardian article from earlier this year pointed at April 27th for new music from them.

All of this combined with the fact that everyday, we're a day closer makes people think it can happen any day now. I guess it's also worth mentioning that I think Matty announced the title on April 27, 2017. I think if anything happens tomorrow, it will just be the start of the teasing campaign.

Edit- Spotted in Manchester too so I guess it's a nation wide advertising campaign, something must be happening soon.
