The black chair! What's weird is the thing in the corner being covered by two blankets that are the same colors, but they're reversed (blue on top of tan, tan on top of blue) AND somehow two completely different blankets lol

 

Their new album is going to be titled 'The Black Chair'

New Trio later this year would be nice.

 

Don’t get me wrong I’m super excited for new music but the fact that this also means they’ll most likely play shows this year as well has my hype level through the roof

 

Derek has been super quiet lately.

 

Matt looks like he's in rough shape. I know he commented on IG that because of his throat surgery he hasn't been able to eat normally and thus lost a lot of weight. I just hope his recovery goes quickly.

I'm also interested and excited for new Trio music.

 

Yeah, he was pretty active on Insta and YouTube - something MUST be afoot!

 

I’m really excited by the fact that I have no idea how this will sound. I’m hoping for a faster, reinvigorated album with a lot of Dan songs.

 

I want a lot Dan of songs but I know it won't happen.

 

Well at least we know we’ll probably get them as bonus tracks

 

I'm just worried me and others included are looking to much into those pictures

 

Idk, I think they’re definitely in the same place for a reason. Dan’s tweet and Matt’s IG posts definitely feel purposefully teasing.

 

5 days ago Dan posted a tweet about going to a indie show in LA. So he's obviously in Cali still and Matt lives in LA so.

 

My hopeful guess is that they’re weeding through the songs they’ve written in the past few years, picking their favorites, then going into the studio this summer.

 

I'm just worried the new songs won't have enough nananas and whoas.

 

I wonder if Derek is with them.
