The lyrics in this one are so freaking relatable. I feel like I avoid so many things/places/situations because somewhere deep down they remind me of a past relationship or some tough time...but worst of all is when I can't even experience the real present because I'm so wrapped up in nostalgia and memories.

 

This sounds great.

Yep. But to be fair, the lyrics are really, really personal to me. And tbh, I haven't listened to Awkward Breeds or anything before Runners, but I do love Runners and this record. If you like the singles so far, they're a pretty good indicator of the album.
