`I might be carrying my nuts around in a wheelbarrow for the next few months but being honest here, the Browns being complete assholes with this deal might fuck the Eagles out of resigning Nelson Agholor in two years (they'll likely pick up his 5th year option).

Watkins's deal is shorter but you're still saying he's worth paying more per year. Which he is not.

Oh yeah but comparatively this Landry deal is nothing. With how contracts go, Landry isn't really getting that overpaid. Robinson and Jeffrey would've gotten more than Landry if not their for asterisks. Watkins got more despite his asterisks.

Jarvis Landry's deal is just fine. The Browns have so much money to deal with for the next couple of years and, to compare it to recent contracts, it's really right in line being a couple million less in total and guaranteed money than Evans and Hopkins.

Also, that's why Jeffery is less. Injury history and being 3 years older than these guys.

 

I think the Landry deal is high if any team but the Browns is doing the deal. But yeah, Browns have all the extra money, it's a waste if they're not using it and Landry could help a ton so, worth it.
