Is there any chance Big Cass could be Braun's partner? I doubt they'd throw him back into a tag-team but it'd make sense since they're both giants. I also have no clue what his timetable is for return.

Friend of mine had an idea where Gargano loses tonight and is Braun's partner tomorrow

 

Gargano HAS to get the NXT belt first

 

he really doesn't though

it would nice and all if he did, but i feel like if they were going to put the strap on him they would have already. he is so over organically he really doesn't need it to elevate himself. i can see him losing tonight and being "fired", then being called up monday or tuesday.

 

Yeah true. But they are telling a beautiful story that I believe could reach the same level as Sasha and Bayley. I don't want him getting sucked into the shitty mid card on main roster instead of having that story and amazing matches happen.

 

Johnny going over Ciampa tonight would be a fantastic end to a fantastic story.

Johnny losing to Ciampa tonight and having to get his redemption on the main roster could also be a fantastic end to a fantastic story. Maybe even better than Johnny winning. But it also leaves room for something to ruin it.

 

Gargano as Braun’s partner (and subsequent tag team champ reign cause they wouldn’t go that route if those two weren’t going to win) would be a great way to get him over on the main roster.

 

Braun's partner will be "Brains Strowman". Braun will simply "tag" the turnbuckle and then turn into Brain and vice versa. Could be done well because everything Braun does is awesome.

 

Just keep a pair of Brain's glasses on the apron, he tags himself, steps out of the ring, puts the glasses on, then steps back in.
