Me and some friends were at one of the downtown Atlanta Waffle Houses after the Coheed & Cambria show last night, and 3/4 of the members of The Chariot were at the table next to me. Neat.

 

I just found one parking spot a good distance away from everything and spent the weekend walking around Austin

 

I'm at O'Hare waiting for my flight to Austin. There are plenty of beards in the waiting area.

 

I tried to do that but I had work that day and couldn't even do that by the time I got there haha. Ended up finding one spot at the top floor of a parking garage.

Even the time my friend drove I was anxious beyond belief though. (To be fair, that was the year of the Mohawk drunk driver)

 

I miss The Chariot.

 

Just put on One Wing. They were such a great band.

 

I have a feeling I'm gonna throw on The Fiancee at the gym here in a little bit. I'll never forget what time I came home from one of their shows with blood caked on my shin and this huge gash right below my knee. Mom was aghast and was like, "WHAT HAPPENED?!" The guitarist had tackled me into the drumset in the final breakdown of The Deaf Policeman. I was so hyped at the time it didn't even hurt until the next day. That venue got closed down for safety issues shortly after, haha.

 

Only Chariot album I fully got into was The Fiancée, but I will miss seeing them live.

 

The Chariot and Norma Jean were both kinda just okay for me. Though, seeing The Chariot throw their guitars at each other mid-song was pretty nuts. The def put on a fun set.

I do not want to study for this test. I have senioritis

 

I have the day off work today since I worked a bunch over the weekend. I'm going to listen to a bunch of albums I haven't heard before, work on mixing some stuff my band recorded recently, and read. Looking forward to a productive catch-up day.

 

I think I'm quitting BBB tonight.

BBB? Only think I can come up with is Better Business Bureau. I'm just curious how one can just quit that.

Bed Bath and Beyond. I've worked there on and off for like 7 years total. I don't make shit for money and they overwork me, despite being part time. It's just time to hang it up.

 

@Henry put in a two weeks. Don't want to burn a bridge especially when thinking about if you ever want/need to come back due to hard times(hopefully not) or if a future job calls them for reference.

I don't have much intention of going back to making close to minimum wage when my full time job is fantastic. It's unrealistic for me to stick around much longer. Plus, I've been skipping out on Sundays, and they aren't too happy about that already.

 

Happy primary Tuesday to all voting today

 

The general manager is on vacation and the right-wing Christian guy is out sick. Very little is going to be done today.

 

I'm in a Super Tuesday state. Let down on all fronts by my fellow Tennesseans.

 

We don't get a primary until June.

 

Early voting was great. No crowd, took about ten minutes total.

 

Ok, good to know that isn't your only job then. I still think it's good to put in a notice no matter the circumstance. Like for me, I'd feel too bad about leaving some of the (good) ppl at my job hanging out to dry by just leaving for instance. Do whatever works best for the situation.
