I mean, he did pretty well with developing Cassel, Hoyer, Brissett, and Garropolo over time. Good returns for Cassel and Jimmy G too. I'm not saying these guys are phenomenal, but he gave them a career.

Oh he’s great with developing them, but some people think he’s a god of QB talent when if he knew how good Brady was there’s no way he would’ve waited till the sixth.

That being said...if Lamar Jackson floats through to their pick at 23, that would be really interesting to me.

 

They'll probably take two people no one really cares about and that'll be the last we hear of them until they win the Super Bowl in two years.

 

I really hope Lamar Jackson does not go to NE because I really like him as an athlete and person. They don't deserve him.

the Rams are absolutely going for it, trying to capitalize on their new setting. I don't hate it but it could get really bad for them in a couple years.

Rams will be fine. They have money to keep most of the guys around. Surround your young QB with all the talent you can before you have to pay him mega bucks. Once the QB gets his new contract is when things will dwindle talent-wise. Happens to every team.
