    So I’ve been listening to underoath all week. What is the general consensus about this record?

    My favourite song from first couple of listens through is We Look Like Lightning. Has everything that I love about TWY in it, not least the lyrics - some of the least abstract on the album, which I defo prefer

    I love Lightning but I really dislike the "What song do you want to die to?" line.

    Pointless story - When I went to Disney I saw a sign that said “Pulled Pork Sandwich and Chips $8”. I though that was reasonable for Disney prices. You can imagine my horror when I was presented with a pulled pork sandwich and a bag of plain crisps.

    This album is absolutely excellent.

    Been holding off until I got my preorder download, and man, this is easily their best on first listen. Really pushed themselves, yet it still sounds like the same band.

    I know this is a fantastic album when my favorite keeps changing and when not listening to it I keep getting different songs stuck in my head and not just the same 1 or 2.

    It's a masterpiece.

    The Ocean Grew Hands To Hold Me might be the new greatest song in the band's catalogue.

    So I'm weak and I've caved. How do I listen to the stream on the SoundCloud app? It's just not showing up for me

    Damn, clicking on the stream on the site gives the option of either streaming on website or streaming in app. That's a shame though, guess I can wait till it drops.

    @vitopagano It Must Get Lonely

    "The Ghosts of Right Now" is scratching my itch for past sounding songs but that "Flowers Where Your Face Should Be" still has me all torn up inside has quickly overtaken Devil In My Bloodsteam as FAV TWY Song.

    Now that a lot of people got a listen in, any thoughts on what new songs you'd like to hear in the current setlist ??

    "Sister Cities" or "Pyramids of Salt" seem obvious, but I would love to hear "It Must Get Lonely" or "The Ghost of Right Now"

    I hope the slower songs on here grow on me. They seem to be favourites for most of the thread but they're not doing it for me like the rest of the album.

    Honestly would want them to do a full album tour off of this.

    I'd personally love to hear The Orange Grove. Will need more time with the album, but no, I would not be used to a full album set.

    It's probably 'cause you are

    honestly those lines have made me cry every time i hear them. honestly right there with paris by the 1975 in terms of songs about addiction that hit way too close to home
