I like Champion a lot. Even though the lyrics are super basic, I find them really uplifting and encouraging. Patrick sings with such conviction I swear he could sing about poop and make me feel something. I also just think it's insanely catchy and not in an annoying way like how I felt about Centuries or Immortals. Still probably the weakest thing on here, but I feel compelled to defend it lol.

 

I think I said this here already, but Champion is such a generic/bland song, but good lord does it get me hyped af

No. Joe is not touring with them at the moment because his wife had a baby. That's his guitar tech filling in.

Bit random, but did anyone else buy one of those signed lithographs a few months back? I did, and haven't heard anything about it since. Getting a bit concerned.

 

Finally got mine last week.

 

I emailed the store and got a reply back saying the band are basically just sending them back signed as and when they can, so the store can't give a concrete date. Kinda annoying if I'm honest.

 

That's very typical for stuff like this though. I still haven't gotten mine. I ordered a Lana Del Rey autographed CD in July and just got it last week.

 

Oh yeah I know, I guess. I'm fine with waiting for it, but an estimated date would be something at least, or an update to say they have started shipping and to hold tight. I dunno.

 

Nah I understand. It'd be nice to at least get something saying like "hey they're still coming we're working on it" instead of just silence about it.

 

So Pete apparently hid a USB stick at the O2 in London. It had an mp3 of a studio recording of the Young And Menace stripped down version they've been playing on tour.

 

Wait, they've not been playing the full on mental album version on tour? That sucks. Would be so great going crazy at the front when it kicks in.

 

Even if you hate this song make it to the end of the demo, that part is awesome.

 

Patrick goes OFF in this, I love it

 

FOB finished their contract with Island and is now unsigned. They don't seem too concerned so I'm kind of excited to see what comes out of this.

 

This album is the 24th best selling album so far in 2018.

 

That's good, I was just wondering why I haven't heard any of these songs on the radio

 

Wilson (Expensive Mistakes) is one of my favorite songs by this band.
