Still couldn't make out the lyrics properly :/ man does any of these people have a USB turntable, (not that I'm blaming them for not splashing the expendable dollars they probably don't have) but I wish chance had worked it out so that one of those 7" had ended up in the hands of someone who had one and could have ripped it properly

 

Yeah that's true I never actually considered how short the rollout is. I'm waiting for release date even if it leaks.

 

I have an AT-LP120, someone send me the 7" and I'll get one all nice and proper sounding.

 

Same, the USB is just sitting there, itching to be used... But I live in Scotland so obviously didn't get one of them 7" boys :(

 

I never listen to leaks of albums that I'm anticipating this much and hoping that I don't cave in this time if it does leak. I can survive another week without this album... I think.

 

there better be a fully recorded version of Its A Murder-Suicide as a bonus track or so help me god

I wasn't hoping for a leak just saying it will probably be out there tomorrow after the in store haha

Kinda off-topic but how is the 120? I've got an LP60 and I'm kinda tempted to upgrade haha

 

I have the 120 and like it a lot. My only “complaint” is the weight of the tonearm that is needed to play is heavier than it’s supposed to be...so I’m just hoping I’m not damaging the records.

Most people on here seem to prefer other turntables but I have no issues with the 120

 

The 120 is good, deffo an improvement on the 60 for me but I'd recommend upgrading the stylus. Mine also has an annoying play in the weight but ya know. All that really matters is what you intend to do with it. I had a 60 and it was fine for listening less intensively than I do now

 

That's cool of them to let us know in advance there is an alternate edition. Some bands don't even advertise it. Will definitely grab a Target copy in addition to the pre-order.

 

Yess, a bonus track! Gonna have to get that copy of the CD shipped to the UK somehow, just like the last album

 

i hate my at-lp120 lol

if you have a turntable and want to upgrade absolutely go to the debut carbon. the at-lp120 is a starter turntable, nothing more

 

if you're not trying to do anything too in depth sound wise with it it's fine, like, it's far from an audiophile's setup for sure but it does the job

i think it's a fine turntable but if you already have one i wouldn't ever get this. my turntable skips a bunch, the sound quality is "fine". it's what i would recommend if someone wants a starter table but nothing more than that

 

U-Turn has some decent stuff. I didn't mind my lp120 but I've heard quite a few people complain about it before.

Debut Carbon is awesome though.

 

I bought a used Technics SL-1200 MKII at a local store for $400 and I’m glad I spent the extra cash instead of going for an AT or U-Turn.
