Just a half assed theory I had that the whole PayPal error/venue change thing was partly a work between WWE and PWG to get more bodies for this show to coincide with WWE finally doing this angle right. I mean it's not happening, but you have to think there is a relationship there because Regal is backstage at most of their major shows scouting talent.
