it's just weird timing more than anything. I think bryan cleared himself a long time ago and their hand finally got forced because they don't want him to go elsewhere. why not just do this right after the rumble and build him a real program

edit: unless they're trying to keep him in a tag match where he doesn't really do anything. then it makes sense

It looks like Bryan has been rallying the top neuroscientists and what not to back him up and it looks like WWE lead doctor finally caved in, along with enough threatening to go wrestle somewhere else. I think breaking the news today is smart because ratings tonight are gonna be a monster.

 

I don't know if I can see him wrestling full time. They probably want to see what he can handle doing for now

 

I doubt he does house shows. But if he does...I got a Smackdown show Sunday Im going to!

Bryan has said in the past that he wouldn't want to if he ever got cleared. He'll probably only be doing TV on a limited basis, and maybe a house show here and there.

 

he could so easily do house show tag mains, i've seen Orton/Jinder work a ten minute main and take like 5 bumps a piece haha

I had come to terms that he was going to just leave to wrestle. I'm somewhat glad he's able to stay in WWE and be cleared there.

 

Remember when Dolph won the world title, got concussed and gave it up, and his first match back Del Rio beat the shit out of his head and it was very uncomfortable to watch? I'll feel that way anytime Bryan takes a bump.
