I just don’t understand not opening with Dumpweed. One of the best album openers in the genre.

I mean with it being a big festival I’m surprised they switched it up at all

 

Not that big of a festival, actually. I’m fairly positive it had less people than an arena. The actual “venue” they played in was intimate for them

 

I updated the set list a little bit. I think I got the first 6 songs or so right.

 

So happy to hear the first two songs weren’t Feeling This and Rock Show.

 

Those are some pretty high standards you have hahahahaha

 

Better than nothing. Especially with this band lol. Its a start.

 

Honestly, if they took out Down, Kings of the Weekend, Los Angeles, First Date, and Violence, and maybe switched them with some random other songs, their Musink setlist would be a pretty great standard Blink setlist.

Also, according to Setlist.fm, they didn’t play Bored To Death lastnight. That isn’t accurate, is it?

I want Skiba's Green/Blue Jaguar. That thing is awesome.

 

Hey I'm cool with this set! Finally some new additions (HOG, Josie, DLM), and they finally stopped opening with the same two songs.

It's not incredibly different than the last 2 years, but I'm happy to see they're finally starting to switch it up a bit.

 

Mark Hoppus will be on KROQ tomorrow morning to announce something...anyone know what that might be?

 

He’s been in the studio recently so I’m excited! I hope it’s something that has to do with a new project/new blink EP/something cool like that.

 

A tour announcement that will keep Skiba away from Alkaline Trio even longer.

 

Add Dumpweed to that list too.

 

IIRC Travis said in a recent interview that they're announcing tour dates like right after Musink

 

I have seen Blink 5 or 6 times and yet I’ve never seen them play Josie. Many tears.

 

I’d be fine with either of these being the announcement TBH

 

Maybe they'll announce that 311 tour?

 

I’ll put $5 on a Vegas residency. 4 shows on consecutive weekends with 311 at the Palms. This is based solely on the bunch of stuff that’s known and theorized and not on anything solid.

 

Vegas residency, promoted with a video with them driving down the strip in a cadillac, and breaking stuff in a rundown building for some reason (the thing they filmed in vegas). Calling it.

 

Whats the consensus on No Future and Rabbit Hole in this community? I'm surprised they play KOTW over NF and don't even play RH.

 

Personally I think Rabbit Hole is one of the few great songs from California. I'm fine never hearing No Future ever again.
