They have slowly put Wendy Clear back into the rotation last August, which yes is a good thing.

They usually play/have been playing Josie, Anthem Part 2 and Not Now. But yeah I'd love to hear them play After Midnight with Matt and would really love to hear Everytime, College and Roller Coast back into the rotation too. Such great, fun songs. I really want to know why they stopped playing Everytime, I believe they only played it once or twice live at the start of the Pop Disaster Tour then just stopped playing it.

I know that they have said playing Adam's Song is too hard but I really wish they would play it again. I feel like the subject matter is too important to just pass up playing. Maybe alternate between playing Adam's Song and STFTK each concert or something.

They’ve considered Adams Song at least, they rehearsed it last tour. So that’s a start

    Things have changed.

They'd need to drop Adam's Song down about three full steps for Hoppus to be able to sing it these days.

True but then we ended up getting the same set since 2009 minus any Neighborhoods/DED songs plus California songs. I will believe it when I see it/hear it. There were a lot of songs that they rehearsed and never played. Pathetic was another one they teased.

I'm sure the subject matter is tough, but really they don't play Adam's Song anymore because Mark can't hit those notes. Here's him attempting it on the 2009 reunion tour.

Surely during rehearsals they would’ve picked this up and dropped it down a step or two...

You would think, but their comments about everything would lead me to believe that they did a minimal amount of rehearsing with Tom. Mark might have given it a shot on his own and thought "Eh I think I can do it".

Although, wasn't it a full step down even on the live album? I feel like they've always played it lower since the beginning. Weird to even try it in standard.

I’m fairly certain the live album was played in the album key.

But I also haven’t listened to that in a long time.

Part of the problem is that the recorded version already had the guitars tuned down a full step.

I just checked out of curiousity, live album was a half step lower than Enema. Sounds pretty cool that way.

    Probably did Skype rehearsals haha.
I wonder if they carried on like that for the rest of the tour or if it was just a bad night?

The show I went to was the last time they played that song. I remember thinking it was amazing. Maybe because of everyone's passion regarding Adam's death that day or day before.

    Happy 46th to Mark!

  14. Funny story: that guy on YouTube who does all the covers and bought Tom's Dude Ranch era guitar was doing an Instagram Live last night and I somehow caught it in my feed. There were like 15 viewers, haha. I asked him if he's ever been to Chorus and he didn't know about us :crylaugh:

I went to the concert the day after DJ AM died, they didn't play Adam's Song that night but dedicated Down to him. The last time they played Adam's Song live was on 8/27, the day before AM died, so you just must have caught a good performance of that song.

Maybe I'm getting confused. Were you at the Merriwether Maryland show? Could've sworn they played it there but I could be wrong. I thought he had already died at that point. I could be wrong though.

I went to the Hartford, CT show on 8/29. According to setlist.fm the last time they played Adam's Song live was on 8/27 in Camden, NJ. You very well could be right and they could have played it at your concert in Maryland. Setlist.fm isn't always correct.

I can't get over how rude the crowd was when Mark did a moment of silence. Also, Tom was doing his absolute best to keep the vibe up the entire show but the magic between all the members was lost that night.

I vividly remember the band finishing the closing song and Travis immediately leaving the stage.

Yeah it was probably the worst blink show I've been too. You could tell the band just wasn't in the right frame of mind to be playing that night.

Blink really needs to step up their setlist game and stop being lazy.

They need Rick Rubin to get them out of their comfort zone.
