no, it lets me know they read my message and either they don't care enough or like me enough to respond and are dropping the convo or are ghosting me or they're busy at the moment and will respond when they have the time.

my anxiety is not knowing either way. i have peace of mind knowing that the message has been read or not. after that it's up to them to respond or not and when to do so. "delivered" taunts me. "read at xx:xx" calms me down.
