do you typically fit into off the rack items? i didn't until i lost 30 pounds. usually just have to look up yelp reviews or something similar for local places.

I think so. The dress shirt I wore today was pretty loose fitting but it's a large and I normally wear a medium

 

I hate when i buy a shirt and it fits everywhere 'cept for right under the arms it's too large, haha. The only downfall of working out. For some shirts i need somewhere slightly bigger than a medium.
