Baker Mayfield is very good. He's the third best QB prospect in the draft.

 

Why does this matter though? Nick Foles, Case Keenum, Blake Bortles, and Tom Brady. The WORST QB there is the only first rounder lol. I don't think a single Eagles fan is crying about having their QB chosen for them.

 

Because it's the Browns. And like we talked about 508696378 pages ago, if you know you have your QB1 picked, you go get him at 1. Just my opinion, though.

 

The browns should take Barkley at number 1. The best young running backs have made significant contributions to their teams. They also have pick 4. Any of the QBs still on the board will be fine. As others have pointed out, you never really know which QB will pan out. Taking one at 4 versus 1 is not THAT big of a difference, especially with this class in my opinion. But hey, I’m not a coach.

 

They traded up hahahaha what the fuck? They didn’t have their QB chosen for them by LAR, they specifically traded up to get the QB they wanted

The point is they didn't get the top guy and ended up just fine. Hell, you guys didn't either and it looks like you're gonna be fine as well. The dropoff from Barkley is substantial. The dropoff from Rosen is minimal.

We got our QB, there’s 32 teams that have their own takes on who “their” QB is in any given draft. If Cleveland thinks their guy could go #2 or #3 they should draft their QB at #1

 

Plus I think there will be desperate teams willing to trade up to 2 or 3 for a QB. Barkley may be there at 4.

 

There is no more replaceable position than RB, can find an average back in any round and the difference from a great RB to an average RB is small when compared with other positions.

 

Besides who says NYG doesn’t get a QB at 2 and who says Indy doesn’t go defense or even trade down to another QB needy team?

I’d rather make being able to draft Barkley the gamble than being able to draft my pick for franchise QB

 

Packer message boards also think Jimmy Graham stinks and is exactly like Marty Bennett without realizing that Graham was completely miscast in that Seattle offense.

I just can't.

Jordy Nelson was a great Packer and it sucks to see him go but he's not a player that should be making over 10 million dollars a year.
