It's just cash, teams have so much money to spend and there aren't that many good free agents.

 

Didn’t the chiefs just release half of their defense to free up the cash?

 

I think it is more about a youth movement, they have over 25 million in cap space this season it looks like.

 

FA QB predictions:

Vikings land Kirk Cousins.
Jets resign Josh McCown.
Cardinals sign Teddy Bridgewater.
Bills sign Sam Bradford.
AJ McCarron signs as a backup somewhere (if he signs at all).

 

I perfectly fine losing out on Watkins on that money. Robinson’s deal isn’t as bad but still higher than expected.

Paul Richardson would be nice at this point.
